The Hernando Sun All-County Girls Basketball Team for the 2022-2023 season has been announced. The team is made up of the top players from Hernando County, as voted on by the Hernando Sun staff.

Player of the Year: Olivia Green, Hernando High School

Green was a dominant force for the Leopards this season, leading them to a 22-6 record and a berth in the Class 7A state tournament. She averaged 20.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game. Green was also named to the Class 7A All-State First Team.

Coach of the Year: Keith Golden, Hernando High School

Golden led the Leopards to their best season in recent memory, and he was rewarded with the Coach of the Year award. He is a first-year head coach, and he has quickly turned the Leopards into a contender.
